It is important for the company to ensure that shareholder communications are delivered to you at the correct registered address or email address.

If you have an InvestorServe account with Boardroom, it is recommended that you update your personal details online. Personal details include registered address, communication election, email address and mobile.

For security purposes, you may be requested to make any changes by completing the applicable form and emailing it to enquiries@boardroomlimited.com.au or posting it to GPO Box 3993 Sydney NSW 2001.

If you do not have an InvestorServe account, please visit www.investorserve.com.au and click "Register Now" to register. As part of the registration process, you will need to enter information about your holding, including your holding type and reference number. The information you need can be found on your welcome letter and share certificate posted by Boardroom. You will then be able to link your aaig holding to your InvestorServe account with Boardroom.

The page to update your personal details can be found on your InvestorServe dashboard. On the left-hand side of the dashboard simply click on My Details 🡪 Contact Details 🡪 Update.

If you do not have an InvestorServe account, please visit www.investorserve.com.au and click "Register Now" to register and link your aaig holding.

There are two options to update your registered address:

1. Log on to your InvestorServe account 🡪 My Details 🡪 Contact Details 🡪 Update and complete the boxes provided.

2. Complete a "Change of Address" form and return it to the share registry either by post or email.

You can change your name by completing a ‘Name Correction and Indemnity Form’.

Supporting documentation requirements are listed on the reverse of the form and depend on the name change.

You can find out your current balance, transaction history and valuation through your InvestorServe account or you can simply access your investment by logging in through the ‘Individual Investment Access’ portal via the home page on www.investorserve.com.au.

Once logged in, fill your details to gain access. Note: For Holding Type, please select 'Certificated'.

Yes. To complete a transfer of shares to another party, an Off Market Transfer (OMT) Form must be completed which can be found via the link below.

All aaig shareholders now have access to a web-based platform called InvestorServe (www.investorserve.com.au) which provides you with a secure and efficient way to view your aaig valuations.

Once you are on the website's home page you’ll need to click on "Individual Investment Access" and it will take you to a page that ’will ask a few questions such as Issuer, Holding Type, Reference Number, Name and Postcode.

Please note that the Issuer is Amalgamated Australian Investment Group, and the holding type is certificated. The reference number is a unique number to your holding and is NOT your share certificate number.

Once the questions have been completed, simply click validate and then accept to view your dashboard.

Alternatively, if you have an InvestorServe account and linked your aaig holding, it can be viewed on your dashboard when you log in.

Yes, by completing the ‘Certificate Replacement Request’ form which can be found via the link below.

This must be returned to enquiries@boardroomlimited.com.au or addressed to Boardroom Pty Limited and posted to GPO Box 3993 Sydney NSW 2001.

Once you have registered with Boardroom and have an InvestorServe account, there is an option on the left-hand side of your dashboard that says ‘Linked Holdings’.

Once you select that option you will have to click ‘Add Holding/Investor’ and complete the boxes provided, accept that you have read the terms and conditions and verify your holding.

Your reference number is located on the welcome letter and share certificate dispatched to you by Boardroom Pty Limited.

If you have an old share certificate that does not reflect your reference number, please contact Boardroom to obtain it.

If you have two or more holdings under the same entity that have been allocated to differing reference numbers, they can be consolidated into one holding by completing the "Consolidation of Holdings" form.

aaig annual reports are sent to shareholders along with the link to the Annual General Meeting.

If shareholders would like to request a hard copy annual report, please contact our share registrar, Boardroom Pty Limited.
