Tim Montague-Jones
Head of Australian Equity Research
Tim Montague-Jones has over 20 year investment management experience working in the financial markets. Previous experience includes a ten year stint at Morningstar as a Senior Equity Analyst/Portfolio Manager, founding the Morningstar Growth Portfolio and a founding member of their Investment Committee. Tim was also a Senior Equity Analyst for Macquarie Group and a member of the winning team to obtain the 2016 LONSEC Fund Manager of the Year award.
Peter Dick

Peter Dick has a great breadth of Australian equity markets experience which spans across various investment classes. Peter has previously worked at some of Australia’s biggest brokers and fund managers providing research coverage across multiple sectors. He currently produces the Ascot Securities daily newsletter “At the Barriers”; a topical, light-hearted look at markets designed to provide clients with general market information.
Tumul Sinha
Associate Equities Analyst
Tumul is an experienced Equity Analyst whose knowledge and experience extracts valuable insights from equity markets. Prior to working at ASRW Advisers, Tumul was an Equities Research Analyst at APP Securities where she specialised in the small-cap space. At APP, she focused on the Real Estate, Health Care and Technology sectors. Tumul holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Sydney and is a CFA level 2 candidate .
Caleb Weng
Associate Equities Analyst
Caleb is a research analyst with extensive experience across equity capital markets. Previous experiences include analyst positions at EverBlu Capital where he initiated coverage on the cannabis industry, and APP Securities. Caleb also has a background in accounting having previously worked at CPA Australia and as an insolvency practitioner at Ferrier Hodgson.
Dylan Curtis
Trading Analyst
Dylan is an equity trading specialist with over 9 years experience working in sell and buy-side institutions. Dylan began his career in institutional sales trading before becoming a buy-side trader, most recently for Susquehanna International Group. Dylan has established an extensive network with family offices, institutional brokers and fund managers whilst honing his skills in derivatives, warrants and futures. His corporate history involves raisings and placements notably in A2 Milk, Freedom Foods and many small and microcap stocks on the ASX. He has and continues to actively trade domestic and international markets
Clay Carter

With over 30 years experience investing in Global equity markets, including both the developed and developing world, Clay has spent a good deal of time traveling the world, meeting with a broad range of global companies large and small. Above all, Clay considers himself a “stock picker” with a focus on growth. Clay has a broad knowledge of all global equity markets, economies, and most major asset classes. He specialises in portfolio construction and individual investment decisions consistently applied using a combination of top down and bottom up techniques.
